Our objectives are, to create social awareness among people, to help women become self-reliant, and to make women aware of gender concerns and issues. Also, to promote strong women's leadership and educate women about their rights, we are establishing an educational hostel for children from marginalized communities. Further, we are organizing women into self-help groups to achieve empowerment.

The main objective of this training is to capacitate the SHG members and to inculcate the fundamentals of the SHG concept through systematic modular training. All the SHG members are imparted this basic training. The training consists of four modules and includes topics such as SHG concept, Co-ordination with PRIs, Panchayat Level Federation, Credit Rating & Linkage and Soft Skills. The four modules are imparted in 4 days with one day training for each module.
Exposure visits enable farmers from different regions to interact with and learn from each other, allowing them to view practical examples of successful integration of sustainable practices in farming communities like their own. Farmers are also asked to select which varieties presented would be best suited to their needs and agroclimatic zone, so that we may popularize those varieties within the area. At least once a year, we facilitate exposure visits to other villages in order to initiate information exchange. These visits often instill a sense of purpose and enthusiasm among farmers as they are able to see, firsthand, the results of adopting the organic practices.
It is the small change that makes the biggest impact.
